Akhmat Grozny will play a home match against Baltika Kaliningrad in Round 26 of the Russian Premier League.

 

The match is set to take place at Akhmat Arena in Grozny on Thursday, the 23rd of April. The kickoff is at 19:45 Moscow time.

 

This will be only the third match in Stanislav Cherchesov’s career against Baltika. The first encounter took place on May 4, 2011, when Cherchesov was in charge of Zhemchuzhina Sochi. That game, held in Kaliningrad, ended in a goalless draw (0–0). The most recent match was on November 2 when Ahmat lost 0-2 to Baltika. 

 

The upcoming fixture will also mark the second managerial showdown between Stanislav Cherchesov and Andrey Talalaev. The two have also faced each other twice before as players:
