Russia in international friendlies against Sweden on October 8 and Moldova on November 12

The Football Union of Russia has officially announced that Russia national football team will play away international friendlies on the 8th of October and the 12th of November.

The national team will play against Sweden at Friends Arena stadium in Solna on the 8th of October. On the 12th of November, Russia will play against Moldova at Zimbru stadium in Chisinau.

Kick-off times are going to be announced later.
Russia national football team coach Stanislav Cherchesov:

- UEFA have set new dates for international friendlies that were originally to be played in March of this year and were postponed for objective reasons. Russia will play away matches against Sweden on the 8th of October and against Moldova on the 12th of November. I think that is a good option both for us and national federations of the two countries. Thus, Russia will play three matches in October and November each.
