The Football Union of Russia has officially announced that Russia national football team will play away international friendlies on the 8^th of October and the 12^th of November.

The national team will play against Sweden at Friends Arena stadium in Solna on the 8^th of October. On the 12^th of November, Russia will play against Moldova at Zimbru stadium in Chisinau.

Kick-off times are going to be announced later.
Russia national football team coach Stanislav Cherchesov:

- UEFA have set new dates for international friendlies that were originally to be played in March of this year and were postponed for objective reasons. Russia will play away matches against Sweden on the 8^th of October and against Moldova on the 12^th of November. I think that is a good option both for us and national federations of the two countries. Thus, Russia will play three matches in October and November each.
